Do you do free, no obligation quotes?
Yes! This entire process is absolutely free and you have no obligation to buy.
To create your quote, we’ll visit your home for a design consult and talk to you about what size, style, finish and extras you’re after and of course, what your budget is.
We’ll also take measurements and talk about any unusual or additional factors your project may present.
After your initial consult, we’ll provide you with a written, detailed quote as well as a visual concept of your job.
We’ll go through the quote to help you understand all of the elements that are included in the building of your project and help make sure apples with apples if you choose to get other quotes elsewhere.
Do you organise Council Approval?
Yes. We organise all of the elements needed to lodge your application and continue to liaise with Council until your we receive your Planning and Building approval. We’ll keep you in the loop as to where this is at.
What licensing, insurance & qualifications do you have?
Mojo Outdoor Constructions is fully licensed and insured, and is a member of the HIA.
Our company builder’s license is BLD 267963 and we hold $20,000,000 in Public Liability insurance, which is above the minimum requirement of $5,000,000.
If your project costs more than $12,000 and requires council approval, then we are legally required to obtain Building Indemnity Insurance to protect you in case anything goes wrong during the building process. We provide this to Council as part of the approval process.
We also make sure that we are compliant with all necessary industry training, including:
- Essential Elements of Roof Framing/Trusses
- Construction Industry Training Board – White Card Holders
- Senior First Aid
- Working at Heights
How long does the entire process take?
Once you place your order, we will provide you a Project Schedule, to let you know how long the council approval process is likely to take and then when your job will be manufactured, delivered and installed.
This can differ depending on your job’s individual requirements, such as whether or not you need council approval and if you’re building on a boundary.
The company owner is also your project manager, so you’ll be kept in the loop right along the way.
Does my Verandah come with a guarantee?
While it is highly unlikely that you’ll need to claim, we’ll take care of it if you do.
Mojo has helped us get our little piece of paradise back and better (after the bush fire in January). Your attention to detail and explaining things so well and the end result is spot on. We’ll have you back for any further work.
Outstanding job, friendly staff, excellent communication and high quality finish. Highly recommend.
Great work on a new personal access door and window installation on the shed guys. Neat, timely and great communication.
Very happy with our new verandah. Absolutely fantastic people to deal with, went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly. Highly recommended!
Mojo will take care of the entire building project for you – from creating a concept you’re excited about, to obtaining council approval, to building the finished product that you’ll love.
